Shipping and Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only prior to the shipment of the first item in the order. If an order is canceled before shipment, the customer will receive a refund less a non-refundable Order Cancellation Fee of $250. This fee covers costs already incurred to process, verify, and prepare the order, administrative handling, and system processing. Once the first item in an order has shipped, the order may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the applicable return policy above. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase if in original packaging, unopened and undamaged - unit must be in re-saleable condition. Used, installed, or assembled lifts are not eligible for returns - no exceptions. All return shipments, including refused deliveries, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and re-processing costs. The customer is responsible for all original outbound freight charges and all return freight charges. Return credit (less applicable restocking fees, freight charges, and processing costs) will be issued only after the returned unit(s) have been received and inspected and confirmed to be in new, re-saleable condition. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
When this equipment is shipped, title passes to the purchaser upon receipt from the carrier. Consequently, claims for the material damaged in shipment must be made by the purchaser against the transportation company at the time shipment is received.
