Shipping and Return Policy

RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase if in original packaging, unopened and undamaged - unit must be in re-saleable condition. Used lifts or assembled lifts will not be accepted for return - no exceptions.

All return shipments or shipments that are refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return credit (minus restocking and freight fees) will be made via the same methods of payment in which purchase was made. Return credit will be given once the unit(s) have been received and assessed to be in new, re-saleable condition. If returned, customer is responsible for all original outbound freight and return freight charges.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
When this equipment is shipped, title passes to the purchaser upon receipt from the carrier. Consequently, claims for the material damaged in shipment must be made by the purchaser against the transportation company at the time shipment is received.
